the Cubic Shape
The IMDM logo is shaped as a cube in a dynamic motion. A cube is like a block -- a building block -- representing a cornerstone, or our contribution to Sustainable Development.
In a way the cube reminds us of the Rubik’s cube – representing the puzzling difficulty and the complexity of the challenges of today’s society

The Arrows
The big arrows going inwards to center (the small white triangle) – represent the principles of Inclusivity and Diversity by engaging the three key stakeholders of society :
1. Government
2. Private
3. Civil Sector
These three, working together, forges a dynamic partnership for action that reaches out to be of service to others, to the whole society and to the world (represented by the black arrows pointing outwards).
The small white triangle represents IMDM in our purpose to serve as a catalyst for the three sectors of society to form as one team in a synergy of action. Note that arrows going out are all black (in chemistry, a catalyst promotes the chemical reaction of different substances to form a new substance).
As we work together, we find the superior solutions – stronger than our individual perspectives or frames of reference either as member of government, private or civil sector. Hopefully we can enable a better approach to solving the problems and take on the challenges of the society in this way.
