+ Developments Initiatives 2011
• Partner with AIM-CDM on Case Conference on Research on Management of Area-Based Conservation Programs covering 9 conservation sites focusing on sustainable management of conservation areas.

• Partner with Commission on Human Rights and Interagency Task Force on 2nd National Educator’s Congress on Human Rights Education. April 2011.

• Partner with AIM-CDM on Strat Plan – Establishment of Asian Network & Pharmaceutical /drug Inspection. Spread headed by DOST, the program is geared to building an ASEAN network to benchmark standards and systems in the Pharmaceutical drug sector in the region.
+ Developments Initiatives 2010
• Partner with Asian Institute of Management- Center for Development Management (AIM CDM) project on Case Conference for the ASEAN Foundation Research Project on the Role of the Private Sector in Poverty Alleviation. Project title Mainstreaming Poverty Alleviation in the ASEAN dated on September-October 2010.

• Partner with the Central Visayas Institute Foundation (CVIF) of Dr Christopher and Dr Marivic Bernido on the scaling up of the Dynamic Learning Program - in improving education in the country. Conference Workshop aimed this summer (March to May). Succeeding Training the Trainors workshops to follow as agreed in the conference (probably quarterly).

• Organizing partner for the Commission on Human Rights and United Nations Association of the Philippines conference for the International Youth Day Celebratory Conference. August 2010.

Barangay Development and Development Action (BIDA)
• Barangay Development and Development Action (BIDA) – a training program for community leaders on good governance, responsible leadership, and project management. (Read more on News and Updates.)

• Case-writing of Ten (10) Management Cases on Population and Development for Executive and Leadership Education. These cases are being used in classroom discussions by over twenty universities and graduate schools nationwide. Interested groups, universities and individuals may download the cases from IMDM's Online Resources.

• Consultation Workshop for the Development of Disability Strategy (Australian Aid Program).

• Writeshop for the Department of Health's PWD Integrated Strategic Framework for Health Services.
+ Developments Initiatives 2007
• Case-writing of Ten (10) Management Cases documenting the various social development initiatives in the Malampaya Gas to Power Project operated by Shell Philippines Exploration B.V.. These cases are internally used by Shell in workshops and seminars for developing competencies in project management, impact assessment, stakeholder engagement, crisis management and Sustainable Development. • Oral History on the Philippines' Changing Long-Term Competitiveness. IMDM documented the perspective of fifty well-known personalities on the country's prospects on competitiveness. This AIM Policy Center project's goal was to translate the surfaced decline issues into policy recommendations to newly-elected Philippine national and local leaders.

• Organizing committee for The EXCHANGE ARENA, a major networking event aimed at building partnerships between volunteer organizations and companies in the practice of corporate social responsibility. The EXCHANGE ARENA's roster of prestigious members include the Philippine Business for Social Progress (PBSP), Philippine National Volunteer Service Coordinating Agency (PNVSCA), Foundation for Communication Initiatives (FOCI), The Benigno Aquino Foundation, United Nations Volunteers (UNV), Pinoy-Rin, Inc., Kaisa Para Sa Kaunlaran, Inc., Volunteer Organizations Information, Communications and Exchange Inc. (VOICE) and Caucus of Development NGOs (CODE-NGO).

• Sponsorship for the research: "A Strategy for Transformation of Capability of Technical Instructor Training Institute in Nepal"

• Promotion of the First Multiple Intelligence Convention featuring Dr. Howard Gardner of the Harvard Graduate School of Education. This project of the Multiple Intelligence International School was held at the Manila Hotel in February.
