The MDM Program
The Master in Development Management (MDM) is an eleven-month intensive program offered by the Asian Institute of Management (AIM). It is designed to prepare development executives and practitioners in leadership and management for government, civil society organizations, and non-profit firms.
Through its practitioner-oriented curriculum, the MDM program provides capacity-exchange opportunities on leadership issues and effective practices and tools for environmental assessment, organizational diagnosis, program management, governance, and strategic leadership.
The MDM program produces development managers who are equipped in designing structures, devising systems, creating a culture, and formulating superior strategies with limited resources. These men and women will be part of a movement that will create public value and maximize sustainable public good in their communities and nations.
